Twelve Bottle Discount
Pre-mixed cases and other offers are excluded from the mix 12 bottles and save 10% offer at the checkout.
Our double wooden gift packs count as one unit towards your mixed 12 saving at the checkout.
Free Delivery
Free delivery is applied to to orders to the value of £150 after discounts have applied at the checkout.
Some Scottish postcodes which carry a higher delivery charge will have an £8.99 subsidy applied to their delivery cost at the checkout.
Pricing & Availability
This wine list is subject to stock remaining on hand and prices are subject to continual change and revision due to duty, foreign exchange and market fluctuations. All previous lists are hereby cancelled.
The prices shown are VAT inclusive per bottle unless otherwise indicated.
If an item is out of stock we will contact you to arrange a substitute of a similar item of an equivalent or higher value or to action a refund.
Alcohol levels are correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of printing, however they can vary according to each bottling, distillation or brewing.
Ordering
The placing of an order anywhere on our website does not constitute a contract, which is made only when we accept your order and process payment.
We reserve the right not to accept any order.
All goods are offered subject to availability. We cannot guarantee the availability of specific vintages.
Age restriction
We will not sell wine to anyone who isn’t 18 years old or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
If you are buying a case of wine as a gift – the recipient must also be over 18 years old.
If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. If the person receiving the wine is unable to produce appropriate ID, unfortunately our couriers will be unable to leave the wine.
Once the wine has been delivered, according to your original delivery instructions, it becomes the recipient’s responsibility.
Returns
If some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken or spoiled when they are delivered you should notify us as soon as possible. You may choose either to return the whole case or just the affected bottles for a refund.
You must notify us of all wines, which are due to be returned for any of the reasons stated in this clause within 14 days from delivery of the wine. You can call us on 02920 787500, notify us by email on enquiries@finewinesdirectuk.com

Claims
